By accessing or using the Birthstone Finder tool at giftcordial.com ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

2. Who May Use the Tool

The Tool is available to anyone who is at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Tool and to submit any personal information (such as email addresses or phone numbers) through our contact forms.

• Scrape, extract, or bulk-download content from the Tool for any purpose, including training machine learning models or building competing services.
• Modify, remix, or create derivative works from our content for public distribution.

You may share individual birthstone results via the Tool's built-in sharing features. Shared links and images must retain any watermarks or branding included by the Tool.

4. Disclaimer: Gemstone Information Is Not Purchasing Advice

The Tool provides general educational information about birthstones, birth flowers, and their traditional symbolism. This information is provided for entertainment and personal interest only.

Cordial Jewelry is not responsible for any purchasing decisions you make based on information from the Tool. Gemstone meanings, properties, and associations are based on cultural tradition, not scientific or gemological authority. Prices, availability, and specifications for any jewelry products are subject to change without notice.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of gemstone meanings, birth flower symbolism, zodiac associations, or any other content provided by the Tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordial Jewelry and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Tool.

This includes, without limitation:

In no event shall Cordial Jewelry's total liability to you exceed the amount of $100 USD.

The Tool may offer forms to submit your email address, phone number (including WhatsApp), and feedback. By submitting this information, you consent to Cordial Jewelry storing it for the purposes of:
